ReplyDeleteHey. So for the WAT thing I will clarify once in the morning tomorrow with the admissions committee and clarify the same with you. As for the selection criteria since it is old and the admission for 21-23 batch has already started that must have been removed from their site. Still I will try to find and get that for you if I can. Thanks !!

ReplyDeleteHey Karan. So the no. of seats in the EWS category are decided according to the decided strength of the batch. But in percentage terms it is 10 percent of the batch strength as per the rules and regulations of the Central Government.
DeleteHey yes I know that but they are not implementing 10% seats , so if possible can you find out actual number of seats
DeleteIn fact Karan you can just drop in this query to the admissions committee of IIM C and they will reply back to you. These queries need to be addressed and hence you can get the actual no of seats directly from the official authority. Thanks !!!

DeleteThe institute did not give that to me even in the latest reply for the batch of 2022-2024. However, the percentage is 28 percent seats are reserved for NC-OBC as per the standard Govt. of India circular. Thus, you can take out the no. in case you know the total seats. Thanks :)
Why is the movement more in obc than in general?
ReplyDeleteHey Harry. There might have been a situation where there were more NC-OBC candidates who converted IIM A and IIM B and hence took admission in those two due to which the NC-OBC movement increased. Thanks !!!
