So this means that a person with Waitlist 173 converted in the end right?

DeleteThanks for bringing this to notice. If you could kindly send me some kind of proof of your rank and not getting an admission offer, I can directly file a case at CIC against the institute for Fake data provision because this has been given by the institute itself under the RTI act. Thanks :)

Hey what do you think will CS cuttoff increase or decrease for Obc category? I am getting 46.xx. I feel it will decrease slightly due to high cat score weightage but for lucknow call, Cs increased, thats why asking.

DeleteSeeing the trends and your CS I think you should just be in for getting a call. But for converting the same you will definitely need to put in some efforts. Coming to the question of CS, no one can say it for sure since it is absolutely variable each year. But with the no. of candidates increasing it will only tend to go up every year.
