    1. Hey.
As far as I know the work ex is considered only till the time mentioned in the CAT form. However, for better clarity I would suggest you drop in an email once to the admissions committee to get sureshot information. Thanks :)

    1. Hey.
The final offer includes all the students including merit list and those from the waitlist who were offered admission to the institute. Thanks :)

  3. Hello Sir, thank you for this detailed data.
Last year General Category Waitlist movement was 550, but then also 24 seats were vacant after admission closure. Then why didn't they give further clearance of waitlist?
Following the past trends, is the waiting list movement going to increase more than 550 or not?
And during which date/month do they release their last waitlist list clearance?

    1. Hey.
Generally, every college has some internal threshold till which the institute would give admits to candidates in terms of the academic profiles. Secondly, chances might also be that few of the candidates got a better college later on and hence withdrew the admission post closure of the admission due to which the seats were then left vacant. There might be more scenarios too but everything is managed by the institute itself. Thanks :)

    1. Hey.
Waitlist rank of 350 in general should give you a convert. However, you might need to wait for a couple of lists to final get the admit from the institute. Thanks and All the Best :)

    1. Hey.
Frankly saying it still seems difficult to me with the trends and the buffer calls that institutes have given this year. And even if it does would probably be by one of the last lists from the institutes. Thanks and All the Best :)

  6. Hey Ronit I am waitlisted at 250 after the 1st waitlist movement of 25 in OBC category. What are my chances of conversion as it only moved by 25 in obc
in which list does the maximum movement happens?

    1. Hey.
So 250 in OBC might be a bit difficult with the information about buffer calls that have been given by the institutes this year and the waitlist movement mentioned above. And if it does then would be after a few lists. So you might need to wait till then. Thanks and All the Best :)

    1. Hey.
Frankly saying this seems slightly difficult to me not only due to the stats over the years but also due to the excessive buffer calls that have been given by most institutes that is leading to a reduced waitlist movement. Though please note no one can say for sure and thus it can go the other way as well. Thanks and All the Best :)
